Subject: How to get elected??

Dear Mr. Trump:

Sorry, but since you do not publish an email address, I will try the above and back that up with a copy via snail mail.

I am writing this because you are the only candidate that has said anything about problems when you stated something to the effect that America has lots of problems. You bet - so where do we start??

1) We have to understand, collectively, what a "problem" is. A problem being the difference between an actual situation and a desired situation

2) We have to understand, collectively, what are the causes of the problem under consideration.

3) We have to understand, collectively, whether or not the causes we are considering are, in reality, problems requiring further analysis.

4) We then must develop a plan of action designed to correct the situation without making the situation worse.

Simple - right??

Your job, should you choose to accept it, is to oversee the task of problem solving. As a democracy, in the twenty-first century, it is the responsibility of the people to help in the problem solving process.

To get elected, you need to show the public that you know about problems and that you are the best candidate to oversee the process for the next eight years -- we really do have many problems -- right?

Step 1) Respond to this EMAIL -- see below.

Step 2) Download my Software (when ready) -- PDMSB, Personal Digital Multimedia ScrapBook. (

Unfortunately, my software is a work-in-process. You will need the help of a competent software company, with a number of capable programmers -- I suggest Microsoft, since my software runs on Windows. Besides, Microsoft could use a little problem solving help.

Step 3) We will need to establish an "Archive" -- a host destination for the participants to "publish" their individual contribution to the problem at hand. Microsoft would be a good choice here.

Step 4) Form a new party to get to the "never vote for a specific party's candidate. I recommend the KISS Party (Keep It Simple Stupid - KISS).

Now, it doesn't make much sense to continue with this line of explanation, if you haven't been sold enough to respond. If you want to be elected in the twenty-first century, you must learn how to use twenty-first century tools. We now have two-way communication -- KISS IT (USE IT)

Perhaps the biggest problem we have right now is the inability of media to adapt to the changes. They still want to "control" the behavior of the people by telling them what they, the media, want the people to know. And it is easy to see their distaste for the people by their lack of publication of personal email addresses. (And I accept that you may have never thought of it that way). (BTW, it is possible to program a computer to handle large volume of responses -- thus allowing the owner ultimate control of the system).

So, what's it going to be, Mr. Trump??

To be continued (of course)

Doug Skoglund

I don't provide for comments since that is a system designed to control the communication process -- I do provide an e-mail address!! (Please put a [MYWAY] in your title to get my attention).

BTW, I am working on a replacement system for individuals -- and I sure could use some help. Please see, a work-in-process.
